1. Automated deletion through the source platform
Where the source platform supports it (for example Meta Business Integrations): 1) Log in to the connected account. 2) Open the platform's privacy or integrations settings. 3) Find BrandLabAI in the list of authorized apps. 4) Choose Remove. The platform will send a signed callback to our configured deletion endpoint. Upon validation, BrandLabAI revokes the corresponding access token and initiates the documented purge workflow.
2. Manual deletion request
If you cannot complete the automated flow, send an email to hello@brandlab-ai.com using the subject ‘User Data Deletion Request’. Include the associated platform user identifier and the relevant business account identifier. A formal confirmation will be issued within 72 hours, and associated data will be scheduled for deletion within a maximum of 30 days.
3. Scope of deletion
The deletion workflow removes the corresponding OAuth tokens, identifiers and platform data ingested under your consent. Information legally required to be retained for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or contractual purposes will be preserved only for the strictly necessary period.
4. Timing
OAuth tokens are revoked immediately upon a valid request. Data ingested under your consent is deleted within a maximum of 30 days from the date of confirmation.
